Terrific Broth formulation packaged in easy to use 24 gram capsules. Formulation from powder.
Add 1 capsule per 500ml of water. Heat and stir until capsules are completely dissolved. Add 2ml of glycerol to mixture. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.

RPI media is now available in convenient premeasured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates pH adjustments. Capsules contain all necessary ingredients for maintenance and propagation of E. coli.
Simply add 2 x 500 mL capsules to one liter of water, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes at 121°C. Supplied as 40 gm capsule.

RPI Media is now available in convenient pre-measured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates messy weighing and pH adjustments.
Simply dissolve 25 capsules per 1 Liter of distilled water. Water must be 37°C or warmer to completely dissolve gelatin capsule. Agitate. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes before use. Buffer is set for 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C using a 10mM solution of Tris/Tris HCl. pH will vary depending on temperature.
